NOTES:
This is has been
a source of much confusion for O-Ral in the past. Future commanding
officers are reminded that the planet Cunninlingu was discovered many years
ago, and should take care to remember that the inhabitants of that world
have the same name as one of the recently discovered Planet X tribes.
They are NOT one and the same. While preliminary test results indicate
there might be a common connection between the two races, it is not wise
to assume from which group an officer may be from.
The people of Cunninlingu are extremely articulate, thinkers and philopophers. Its interesting to note that their religion revolves around language and the understanding of others. Given these facts, its not surprising that most Cunninlingu who enter 'fleet wind up in either communications or first contatct teams. It is belived, but not proven, that Cunninlingu have a low level Esper ability which helps them understand others. It is known that its all but impossible to lie to a Cunninlingu to his or her face, and their ability to communciate well has proven an asset to those Cunninlingu who have made the jump into the ranks of command. -- M. Specifics:
Inattention
to duty: While serving as officer in charge of the security detachment
for the Wedding of M. Starr and Celese Proc, O-Ral's inattention to duty
caused the death of one "Lustful" Sue, citizen of Planet X.
Insubordination:
When ordered to dicipline his security team over the above incident, O-Ral
refused, asserting that they correctly followed his orders and that the
security team was not to blame for the incident.

Promoted out of grade to Lt. Cmdr, Assigned as X.O. LSS Perkaprise due to massive personell transfers.
Assigned to Comodore Do-Me's office after her promotion and transfer to fleet HQ.
Promoted to Cmdr
and assigned as X.O. LSS Perkaprise after the loss of its Captain and First
officer during the Loopworld Plauge Incident.
Note: This
fact says more about him than any other; this almost never happens in normal
fleet rotations. I consider myself lucky to have had him as my XO.

Note: Despite
his lack of formal engineering training, Cmdr O-Ral has done a superlative
job. Dispite inital reservations, O-Ral's performance of his
duties is exemplary. Under his administration he has revitalized
a department that was badly shaken by the suicide of Lt. Cmdr. Brenna during
the Plauge incident. Just dont tell him I said so. -- J.
