Whitley "Stimpy" Mc Girk

BACKGROUND

Age: 28 Sex:M Height: 1.3m Wt:50 kg

Usual apperance:Stimpy has ice blue eyes (replacements.  His birth eyes were brown as the south end of a north bound mule.  As Deevil, they were blood red) and  mid shoulder length blond hair(Died.  It was brown, then a Red that matched his eyes).  He is clean shaven (Damn things itch to much in this heat) but does wear his head in a pony tail.  When amoungs 'civilization' he wears chambray shirts and bue jeans.  When 'Piratical' he tends to go overboard... the white collared shirt, black jodphers, boots, Crimson sash and Kerchif (on his head)... the very picture of a historical pirate.

Born in Orlando FL as Devlin Dougal, Stumpy is what happens when you let your kid ride Pirates of the Carabean once to often.  Always facinated by the Piratical lifestlyle, as a child he devoured everything in print he could find about Piracy past and present.  When he turned 16, he ran away from home and managed to finagle his way into the pirate scene, using the street name 'Deevil'.  Staring off at the bottom, he had finaly managed to purchase his own ship.  Then he found out about  a cargo of child slaves meant for the black market.  Even though he was a pirate, slavery was the one thing Deevil Dougal couldn't stand.  He intercepted the ship, and set its crew adrift in liferafts in the middle of the Atlantic.  He smuggled the children into Miami (his then base of operations), and sold the ship the slavers were using to set up a trust fund to take care of the kids.

Needless to say, this did not sit well with either the slavers nor the intended buyers of the children, and Deevil was forced to sell his ship and fake his own death.  The proceedes from the sale went to giving Deevil a new face, a new name, and a new start in New Orleans.  He tried going Legit setting up a small ship repair shop, but after this month he isnt going to have enough to pay the rent, and he has begun to miss the Pirate life he left behind rather badly.

Outwardly gruff, inside "Stimpy" is the sort who has a weak spot for children and small animals.  His soft spot grows less soft the older a person is, until adults are bloody well on their own, thank you very much.  He knows its stereotypical, but someday when he gets the money he would love to get a Parrot (and plans to name it Ren)

            Name:  'Slingo'  Type: Decker  Location: New Orleans

Stimpy noticed the signs of people staking out a ship.  He's also noticed Slingo (She's an elf, and female) and has been admiring her from afar.  He's working up the courage to talk to her when he overhears her saying something about deciding to take a job on said ship.  He warns her against it, using some sort of mumbo jumbo about it being cursed.  Slingo is just a touch supersitious and decides not to take the job.  Flash forward two weeks. and the ship is found adrift in the Middle of the gulf of Mexico.  Everyone on board has a serious case of dead.

Slingo thinks Stimpy was part of the gang, but has no proof.  Stimpy still has the hots for Slingo, but Slingo prefers Tall dark Elves herself.  They work on a stricly 'cash' basis.. if he needs her to do matix crawling, he pays her for it.  And that money has made the difference between Slingo eating or not eating for the month more than once.  So, she tollerates Stimpy.. Just as long as he keeps his hands to himself.
